| The Delivery Team must prepare release note. This includes details of the changed components, new components, version
numbers for each component, impacted technology configuration items, executables, open defects, resolution details (only
for bug fix), etc. for any maintenance change request. Additionally, Delivery Team must also produce other relevant
documentation like User Manuals, deployment Training Material, etc., which must also be included as part of Release Note.
Required documentation and Release Note must be reviewed for its completeness before updating in the configuration
management database. |
